PRIZE

Winner will receive a trip for two to conduct a one-week Sandwich Safari in New York.

Selection of Competitors

All recipes received will be assessed and the top eight entries invited to compete at the Northern Final at the Fine Foods Australia Exhibition in Sydney on 7th September 2011. All entrants will be notified whether they were successful or not by 5pm Friday 29 July 2011.

Conditions of Entry

• The competition is restricted to workers in the sandwich industry.
• Competitors will be responsible for their own expenses in attending the competition.
• Competitors will be required to use some sponsors products in the competition.
• Competitors will be required to be available for media and public relations activities to promote the event.
• Competitors can be refused entry into the event for any reason at any time.
• Competitors must provide the recipes of their entries to the ASA Operations Director two weeks prior to competition day
